Use of Term “Partner”
The term “partner” in relation to SW Offshore is used to mean that the person is a member, partner, or consultant of a SW Offshore entity, and not that they are part of a SW Offshore entity that is a partnership nor a locally qualified legal professional in the jurisdiction in which they practise.
A person may be a “partner” only in relation to the SW Offshore entity in which they practice, and does not imply that they are a partner in every affiliated entity. Nor does use of the term “partner” suggest that the governance entity provides legal advice.

In addition to legal services, SW Offshore may provide compliance, trust, and corporate services through separately incorporated and regulated affiliates. Each such entity is subject to local regulation and licensing requirements, which will be specified in your engagement documents.
Data Protection
SW Offshore is committed to protecting your personal data and applies group-wide standards of data protection, reflecting the requirements of applicable laws in each of our jurisdictions. Any personal data you provide to us will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy [link].
Service of documents
We do not accept service of documents (whether in proceedings or otherwise) by email or fax, unless one of our partners expressly confirms to the contrary in writing. The inclusion of an email address and/or fax number on our letterhead does not constitute such confirmation.
